Are there any common misunderstandings or tricky things about crystals or your products that you often find yourself explaining to people?
Many people think they need to choose the “perfect” crystal or know exactly what they’re doing, but it doesn’t have to be complicated. Often, the best approach is simply to choose what you feel naturally drawn to. Another common misunderstanding is that crystals need to be used in a very specific way — in reality, they can be enjoyed in simple, meaningful ways that feel right to you. Each piece is also unique, so small variations in colour and shape are completely natural and part of their beauty.
What do customers usually ask about getting their orders, like delivery times or what happens if they need to return something?
Orders are carefully packaged and typically shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but you’ll be kept updated along the way. If there are any issues with your order, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to make it right. As each piece is handmade and unique, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis, but your satisfaction is always important to me.
